I want to record a call as soon as the a caller enters a queue.
In the queue config, there is an option: “Recording Mode”. The description:
"Choose to ‘Include Hold Time’ in the recording so it starts as soon as they enter the queue, or to defer recording until ‘After Answered’ and the call is bridged with a queue member"
I choosed “Include Hold Time” - the other option is “After Answered”.
But the recording will only start after a agent has took the call. There is no recording during the holdtime.
How can I get the recording during a queue holdtime working?
