Queue Question:
Does anyone know if I can make this work…
I have 3 groups of 4 people.
Group A
Agent A1
Agent A2
Agent A3
Agent A4
Group B
Agent B1
Agent B2
Agent B3
Agent B3
Group C
Agent C1
Agent C2
Agent C3
Agent C4
I want to set up a queue, that will rotate calls with Groups A-C, and once in those groups rotate thru agents 1-4…
Anyone know if this is possible?
