I purchased the Commercial Module Queue Plus.
I created a Misc Destination with a survey style IVR which logs callers inputs to a SQL database, it works perfectly and has no issues when I reach it from an IVR menu.
I have 2 queues setup. Main Queue works perfectly when no Caller Post Hangup Destination is setup. When I do set up a post destination, the calls just get forwarded to the post destination without even hitting the queue.
Here’s what should happen: Caller presses 0 for the Operator queue > hits a prerecorded message > Queue > [when agent hangs up the call] Transfer to the post destination.
Here’s what actually happens: Caller presses 0 for the Operator queue > hits a prerecorded message > Transfer to the post destination [without actually hitting the queue.
