Queue Plus Caller Hangup Option Not Working

I have purchases and installed Queues Pro. The Queue configuration shows the Queue Plus Options as expected. However, when I configure “Caller Post Hang Up destination” nothing happens. I am trying to route to a post call survey routine (which I have tested by calling it directly). However, for test purposes I tried setting the post call hangup destination as a simple announcement. Nothing works.

I looked in the call log and it shows nothing except the normal call hangup routine when the agent hangs up.

What am I missing?
