Queue Pause w/ Reason Setup

I’m looking to be able to have agents pause themselves but choose from a list of reasons for the pause. I’ve seen others on the board indicate this can be done and am hoping someone could shed some light or point me in the right direction. Assuming this can be done is there anyway to run reports on the said information from either the Qxact Reports or Queue Wallboard module? Can you create a widget in the UCP if you have the queue wallboard module? TIA

You can build you own feature codes that point to the reason you want to use. Examples are also in the link.

I am not sure on the reporting, but you can always build your own from the queue logs.
