Its been a while since this has been brought up so I figured it’s time (previous thread). Not sure if this also applies to static agents as well but certainly with dynamic agents if the phone is offline the follow me and forward destinations will not be rung by the queue. Same result when changing Queue State Detection to Ignore State.
There may be both a queue issue here as well as a follow me issue because follow me does not work in this situation when the extension is dialed directly, but forwarding does.
The specific issue here is that the power is out in the main office where the phones are and several employees have attempted to set up Follow Me via UCP and enter cell phones while they work from home for the day. Is there a fix for this?
