I have a queue set up with static agents that if unanswered fails over to another queue then voicemail, it doesn’t seem to be failing over when no agents are logged in. is there a way to do this.
i have now resolved this using the strict rules mentioned here: Send queue calls directly to fail-over destination if no agents logged in?
actually i’ve moved the problem on slightly - by enforcing the strict rule on join it automatically doesn’t enter the queue and goes straight to voicemail which then doesn’t show on my Asternic call stats.
so really i need the first question still answering - is there a way to follow the same failover call flow if noone is logged in.
