Queue - no IP phone

Hi guys,

I have a FreePBX Distro with a Queue and 2 extensions as members who do not need to log into the queue.

Each extension has an IP phone (zoiper) and a follow-me mobile phone.

If the IP phone is connected (online) everything works well:
The queue calls the 2 IP phones and the 2 mobile phones at the same time.

However if the IP phone is not connected, the Queue does not call the mobile phones !

Do you understand what’s going on ?
