Queue Max Wait time > Announcement > VM

How can I set up the following:

  1. If the Caller is in Queue for XX minutes, then send the caller to an announcement.
  2. Play announcement & send Caller to VM

Can I use “Max Wait Time” under “Queue” option? If yes, how do I send the caller to “announcement” after xx min of holding?

I’m a bit confused. Any help is appreciated.


As I recall, you can either send them directly to voicemail, or send them to an announcement that then sends them to a “no greeting” voicemail box.
