Queue Log shows call abandoned when it wasn't

Have Freepbx we are noticing that when calls are answered via a queue that sometimes the queue log will show the call as abandoned even though the call was answered. Checking in the cdr show the call as being answered. We also use FOP2 and the call is not being manually picked up.

That data comes right from app_queue inside asterisk. Nothing FreePBX does or can control. Are you sure its not failing over from 1 queue to another or in some way manually being answered from the queue using something like FOP2
