Queue log output help

Dear Team,
Need help, we have Freepbx 15 - Asterisk 13

currently queue log has a format like
1738718529|1738718222.2232857|4097|Monika|COMPLETEAGENT|34|242|1

Where “Monika” is agent name

we want to display instead of Monica SIP/102, so we can identify her extension

according to:
https://docs.asterisk.org/Operation/Logging/Queue-Logs/

Format is 1366720340|1366720340.303267|MYQUEUE|SIP/8007|RINGNOANSWER|1000

But default installation of Freepbx 15 - Asterisk 13 gives:
1738718529|1738718222.2232857|4097|Monika|COMPLETEAGENT|34|242|1

Please advice what we need to change to have SIP/Extension in LOG

Thanks

Dear All,
replying to myself

if you goto:

Applications ->> queues → your queue → Queues Agents

and you write there
110,0 - as example

queue log will be:
1738718529|1738718222.2232857|4097|Monika|COMPLETEAGENT|34|242|1

if you write:
S110,0
queue log will be:
1738718529|1738718222.2232857|4097|SIP/110|COMPLETEAGENT|34|242|1

Dear Team,
Now new issue, we have

when we used 110,0
queue was monitoring agent status and if agent was buzy it was not pushing a call

we have in qeuue config
context=
member=Local/102@from-queue/n,0,“c102”,hint:102@ext-local

When we use S110,0
context=
member=SIP/101,0

seems there is something we need to change in config?

users use 3CX 6 as a soft phone old 2008 version

Also as users day, queue pause does not work with feature codes, when S110,0 format is used
Please advice
