Queue issues with Ring Strategies

I have been working with a customer on ring strategies for a queue on Static Vrs Dynamic agents.

The customer likes the rrmemory type ring strategy. The issue seem to be getting the queue to ring the phones in a specific order when the queue is configured this way.

I really like Dynamic queues, but no matter what I try we cannot get any type of logic to the order of the agents being called. Even if we enter the agents in the pre-populated dynamic list, freePBX seems to re order them into numerical value.

So the only way I have been able to make this work is to use static agents, which is a bit of a drag. Has anyone actually found a way around this as the customer would prefer to use dynamic queues rather than static?
