Queue Hints and Mark calls answered elsewhere feature

Hi All

The queue agent button on our S500 phones is staying green, even when the user is not logged in to a queue. Shouldnt this toggle on the users login or out status?

Also is the ‘Mark calls answered elsewhere’ feature within a queue meant to work with a Sangoma phone?
