Hi all,
I have not found this yet in documentation so would appreciate any advice before I get asked this.
We have 3 queues set-up, each queue will possibly have many people queuing. Say we have 3 extensions each set-up as static agents, in numerical ordering so always 1001,1002,1003 in each of the three queues.
Is there a round robin algorithm or anything to ensure that queues 2 and 3 get answered even if queue one always has calls waiting?
If so could anyone advise on the algorithm used?
