We have a few remote Users that we have added to our Customer Service Queue.
They have an Extension with Follow Me Enabled. But no actual Extension Presence or Registration.
Their Cell phones are ringing as Part of the Queue, however when they Press #1 to accept the call to their cell phone drops.
The inbound caller is kept in the Queue, and ultimately gets to the fail over point unless an actual Extension Registered Ext. Picks up.
Any Ideas?
Leads me to believe its a Extension Registration issue, but Maybe something else?
