Queue escalation

Hey

Im trying to setup a FreePBX for our company.

Incomming calls should get to an queue with one specific agent (agent1). If this agent dossent answer the phone within 2 min, the call should escalete. So the phone rings both at agent1 and agent2, Then after 2 mins more it should escalete so it rings at all phones.

Is it possible to setup?

Is VQ Plus af module, that would help me?

is it possible, yes, anything is possible with Freepbx, but I believe that would require some programming from some of the resources on here…

So its not possible using ie. VQ Plus?

Make three queues as appropriate with whatever “agents” and “fail over” after “agent timeout” into the next queue with an increased “queue weight”
