Queue - Delayed Ring

Hi,

Is is possible to split a phone queue so that some extensions ring immediately and others ring after X seconds, with the initial extensions still ringing.

Almost like a hunt group but with groups of extensions rather than individual ones?

I tried using two queues, and having the first queue timeout after say 3 seconds and fall back to the second queue, but I don’t really want to force the users to have to sign in to more queues than they have to.

I think penalty feature is designed for that. Add penalty for some extensions.
