Queue Calls - Asterisk info - Incorrect Reporting

Here is a new one, after maybe 100 installs I have never see this one…

FreePBX 15.0.37 Asterisk 16.30.0

Reports>Asterisk Info>Queues

Agent waiting for a call:
Agent1 (Local/55555@from-queue/n from hint:55555@ext-local) (ringinuse disabled) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken 2 calls (last was 132 secs ago) (login was 8937 secs ago)

Agent on a queue call only (no other calls):
Agent1 (Local/55555@from-queue/n from hint:55555@ext-local) (ringinuse disabled) (dynamic) (in call) (Not in use) has taken 1 calls (last was 4212 secs ago) (login was 8493 secs ago)

It is showing both states (in call) (Not in use) at the same time instead of just (in call)

This is breaking our real-time reporting. Anyone have any ideas?

I saw this post:
Agent with status “in call” and “Not in use” at same time in asterisk13 - Asterisk / Asterisk Support - Asterisk Community

But it appears that callcounter=yes is already set in sip_additional.conf so this is not it.

I’ll try to update Asterisk to v18 and see if that helps tonight.

I know that there was/is a bug in Ques similar to this in the certified version of Asterisk 18. Not sure if this is the same as your issue but don’t use the certified version if you are heavily using queues.

I upgraded to Asterisk Version: 18.17.1

It did not help…

I am still getting two states. Any ideas?

Agent1 (Local/55555@from-queue/n from hint:55555@ext-local) (ringinuse disabled) (dynamic) (in call) (Not in use) has taken 1 calls (last was 4212 secs ago) (login was 8493 secs ago)

Sorry, not really. I am not seeing this issue reported on any of our systems with queues.

Opened a bug report.

Well, they closed it as not reproduceable, which is weird, because it is just a normal distro install. I am going to have to rebuild the server from scratch.
