Queue BLF

Hi,

I have troubles setting up BLF for each queue with my Snom 320 phone. When I set the BLF button to *45609 where 609 is the extension number, then the lamp turns on if i’m logged in to any queue, but when I try 45609101 or 45609100 where 101 & 100 are the queue-numbers the lamp doesn’t turn on. I have enabled “Custom Device States”.

This is the output from core show hints:

-= Registered Asterisk Dial Plan Hints =-
auto_hint_605@from-internal : SIP/605,CustomPresen State:Unavailable Watchers 0
605@ext-local : SIP/605&Custom:DND60 State:Unavailable Watchers 0
609@ext-local : SIP/609&Custom:DND60 State:Unavailable Watchers 0
76605@ext-dnd-hints : Custom:DEVDND605 State:Idle Watchers 0
76609@ext-dnd-hints : Custom:DEVDND609 State:Idle Watchers 0
45605@ext-queues : Custom:QUEUE605
100& State:Idle Watchers 0
45609@ext-queues : Custom:QUEUE609
100& State:Idle Watchers 0
auto_hint_609@from-internal : SIP/609,CustomPresen State:Unavailable Watchers 0

EDIT: I use Asterisk Ver. 1.8.11 and teh latest FreePBX

Appears the SNOM phone does not like having the 2 different *'s in the BLF. It works on my Aastra I just tried on.

What does core show hints say in your case? Is is correct in my case or is it supposed to create on hint per extention and queue?
