It seems that Queues are not allowed to have an announce frequency of less than 15 seconds. If I use 0 or blank, it disables it and if I use 1, it won’t play until at least 15 seconds later. It seems rather odd that there’s no way to announce the position to the customer or play a periodic message immediately. There’s a join announcement but I would like to use it in the Voice Menu annoucement.
I am using FreePBX 2.2.3 and Asterisk 1.2.17.
