Queue Agents - how to include name or alias with extension

Hi, We have 3 queues with multiple agents in each queue.
All agents are static agents who based on time conditions will be answering calls during specific time frames.
The static agent appears with the extension only after being selected from the Agent Quick Select box. The display name assigned to the extensions does not appear. Is it possible to add a display name or alias to appear with or instead of the extension?

As far as I know, you’re going to need to submit a feature request for that.
