Question about the IVR

I’ve recorded my “auto attendant” to read something like this:

for sales, press 1
for support press 2 and so on.

What I have found is that you can’t select a destination ring group until the recording is finished…

Is it possible to allow the destination key press before the greeting is finished?

and then going to your ivr. use the announcement feature in the ivr itself to play your greeting and you should be able to press allowable keys
