is it possible to put a caller into a queue if the call without present CID and put them through directly when calling with CID?
I know about privacy manager but it is non-sense as it is not checking what the caller put in. Most of them will put in my phone number - what doesn’t help me in any way…
I think I understand your question. You would like to route inbound calls that are not presenting CID to one destination and the calls that are presenting CID to another.
Set up an inbound route for your DID and any CID and route those calls to your Queue. Then setup an inbound route for your DID with X. in the CID field and route those calls to your alternate location. The leading "" is important.
I have not tested this so I don’t have a clue whether or not it will work. It is what I would try first, though.
