Question about Caller ID

I’m using TB 1.2.3 with FreePBX 2.2RC1 and Sipura 941 phones. When the recepcionist transfers a call, instead of passing the caller’s phone number, I get the receptionist’s extension number on the SIP-941 screen. Is there a way to configure this on FreePBX?

This is normal … it is the receptionist who is calling you … and then transferring the call.
