What will happen if the FreePBX requests ptime=20 but receives 10ms? Can the FreePBX transcode or adjust for what is receiving. For all of the RFC’ers out there it does comply with the RFC to send something differnt from the ptime requested in the INVITE.
" When sending media, it SHOULD use a packetization
interval equal to the value of the ptime attribute in the offer, if
any was present."
