Provisioning questions

Though I know every installation is unique, does anyone have – or know where I can get my hands on a VoIP onboarding/provisioning checklist - at least a starter?

This is a good starting point, server side.

I agree that the Wiki is a good start - and with so much flexibility built in, may be the answer.

My goal is to create a worksheet (or similar) to try and maximize customer satisfaction. The void between what sales identifies as needs and the capabilities of the system that many clients find beneficial - and then reduce it to English, to be used in client discovery prior to installation.

Any additional hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.
