We have had a FreePBX instance running for several years now. When we first installed and connected with our SIP Trunk provider we had a problem with calls dropping because the SIP provider was sending an UPDATE message which FreePBX hadnt implemented. We ended up working with the provider to block the update message and it has worked up until now. They have made several updates and product changes since and their systems are sending the UPDATE messages again. In any of the updates for Asterix or FreePBX is this issue resolved? It would be really handy if we didnt have this issue anymore.
The current version is V14 and we are looking to update to V15 especially if this fixes the problem.
