I’m unable to retrieve the monitor files using the ARI interface. It was working fine showing the CDR type of description plus the link to the files on 2.5 and 2.6, but after update to 2.7 the link to the files disaperared. I check and the machine is doing the wav to gsm conversion, the files are also stored in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor folder.
Question being, updated to 2.8 and problem persists. Any config file to review (besides main.config.php) to verify correct folder locations, or so?. Any other ideas welcome.
Appreciate any help on this matter.
