Problems with End Point Manager

Hi,

I have spent the past couple of days trying to get a SNOM and Yealink phones to auto provison using End Point Manger, thus far I have managed to verify that the TFTP server is working correctly but when the phone requests its config the TFTP server is saying the file does not exist.

The tftp server is pointing at /tftpboot but there are no files named what the phones are loooing for snom360.htm or snom360-00041323A8DC.htm for example, is this correct or it that the fucntion of end point manager to provide them on the fly?

Any assistance would really be appreciated

The files will not appear until you click the “Rebuild Configs For All Phones” button.
