Problems of accessing web GUI

I updated PBX from version 2.0.1 to 2.2beta2, but found that I cannot configure the PBX settings anymore.
It displays as the following:

“Cannot connect to Asterisk Manager with admin
Asterisk may not be running.”

but PBX is running in fact, so I want to know how can I reaccess to the config GUI?

I have resolve this problem. There is an erro in my conifg file

[root@asterisk1 var]# amportal start

**** ERROR IN CONFIGURATION ****
astrundir in /etc/asterisk/asterisk.conf is set to ‘/var/run’ - THIS IS WRONG.
Please change it to something sensible (eg, ‘/var/run/asterisk’) and re-run
install_amp
