Hi everyone. I am having a strange issue with a new install where i am trying to use uniqueid for the call recordings. I have changed the bits and bobs and done the re-compile for the uniqueid. I am getting a uniqueid for each call, and I am also getting a call recording for each call. The problem is the recording is still named OUTXXXXXX as it would be when not using uniqueid the calls are then not showing in ARI. If i manually rename the recording to (uniqueid).wav or whatever it then shows up in ARI.
What have i done wrong?
