Are you attempting to connect to a chan_sip extension or a pjsip extension? Because the device at 192.168.150.65 is configured to register to the pjsip port.

It looks like you set SIP Port on the SPA to 5160. That’s the local port and it can be anything.

Set Proxy for the account in question to 192.168.150.250:5160 and you should be good to go.
