Problem with remote phone

Good day,

I have a small issue, and need help , if possible.

I have a FreePBX at my main site. Everything there work fine.

I have 9 ipsec vpn going to my other store/office. Every site have a different subnet (192.168.2.x to 192.168.12.x). The VPN is hardware with Fortigates devices.

From a remote office, that have the 192.168.2.x subnet, I can’t connect an I phone to my pbx… the phone always come back as “No service” (they are Aastra 6753). From that same subnet, from a pc, I can connect and reach the PBX

any clue ?

You need to add all these remote networks to the localnet field in SIP settings module. This tells Asterisk not to NAT the defined subnets.

Can you ping the phones from the server?
