I have set up a queue. when I call it from an external call it will go on the ivr and after pressing the number the queue will work but when the caller hang it up the agents in queue is still ringing! why?
I see you are a new user. You need to provide usable details if you want help. What you have Currently provided is the same as me saying: I can’t get to work because my transportation is broken please help me.
Then provide the information it talks about so that we can try and help you because at this point the best thing we can do is start guessing. Which would be a waste of everybodies time.
