Problem with queue

We are trying to set up a security system here for the company, so that the intercoms would dial for a receptionist( and also others) so she can open the door, but today seems like the queue got messed up or i did something wrong

i made a ring group 3000 which dials for 3001-3004 and set the intercoms (251-254) to call the ring group, and if its busy it should go to the queue
