Problem with queue lazymembers

Asterisk 11.16.0
FreePBX 12.0.66

I have VQ Plus installed and working on our queues. Lazy members is enabled for all queues, and Auto Pause is set to “no”

The staff are added to the queue as static agents.

The problem that I see is that members are sometimes paused, and not dialled, The lazy members option should only pause them for the specific call, after that agent has not answered, but that does not appear to happen. Instead, the agent is not being dialled at all.

The log extract is below. James, Chris, Kiran and Tom are not called, only Felicity is.

The static members are defined as:
262,0
272,0
267,0
513,0
269,0
265,1
916,1
512,2
277,2

Further to this, the queue log shows more clearly that the agents are not called on the first call level:

We are having a very similar issue. Running Asterisk 13.10.0 and Freepbx 10.13.66-5 with PJSIP extensions and static members in the queues. We do not have the VQ Plus module to cause any issue but are having an the issue where some calls will ring to all extensions with a zero penalty and other will only ring to a couple extensions. You can call the extension directly and the user will answer, so it is not a matter of them not present. I believe it is an issue with the original assessment of which extensions are available for calls. In our queues we have “Agent Restriction” set to Extensions only and the “Skip busy Agents” set to Queue calls only. Can anyone assist in getting the queues to function as they are intended?

Please start a new thread. This was about a specific issue in lazy members. Your issue has nothing to do with lazy members.

My apologize but it seems to be the exact same issue since his members were not answering which caused them to be labeled as lazy. Though in actuality they were not being rung which is why they didn’t answer but maybe I misunderstood. I have posted a new thread per your instruction "Extensions in queue not ringing"
Thank you Tony in advance for responding to that one as well.
