Problem with Let's Encrypt

Hello,

I have a problem with generating a new certificate and updating an old certificate.

Some months ago it worked fine, but recently the cert failed to update, I even tried to recreate it, but I always get this error :
LetsEncrypt Generation Failure

Unable to update challenge :: authorization must be pending

We use Lets Encrypt (LE) on a bunch of email domains. One thing I have noticed is they (LE) have put a limitation on how fast and how many times you can request new certs. Every once in a while I have to go to our LE account and recertify it (unban it) and then it starts working again. Wondering if this might be a problem you are having ? (updated for clarity)

What do you mean by LE account ?

Let’s Encrypt I suspect…

I think I was confused, I thought you don’t need a account to use LE.

So I should look on LE website ?
