I did an upgrade from FreePBX 13 to 15 this weekend and as part of that upgraded from an older version of iSymphony to the latest version (22.214.171.124 build 8). The FreePBX is working great but I am having an issue with iSymphony. We are getting a communication error and nothing is coming up in searches either here, the iSymphony site or Google.
After loging into the client site it brings up a big red box that says “Communication problem. Take note of any unsaved data, and click here or press ESC to continue. (http://(our ip address)(port)/client/VAADINpush.js?v=7.6.6 could not be loaded. Push will not work.”
I am getting this from both internal users (myself) and external users coming in from our outside IP address. It seems to be good for me internally more though and i don’t really use it so I need to get it fixed for the remote users.
I would appreciate any help.
