Problem with FreePBX with Digiums B410P in switzerland (swisscom)

Hi there,

I’m setting up a new box with FreePBX and a B410P 4-Port BRI Card from Digium.

with some help of Digiums Support we managed to place outgoing calls and get incoming calls (at least sometimes)

I’m using FreePBX 2.9.0.7 with Asterisk 1.8.5.0

When the box is freshly started an incoming call is correctly routed to the Ringgroup, the music is played and the assigned sip devices are ringing. However, after a while, it would keep calling, not playing any music for the caller, but still ring the extensions of the ring groups.

When I do “dahdi restart” or “/etc/init.d/asterisk restart” it will work again for a while…

However there are a bunch of warnings…

sip*CLI> dahdi restart

Hi,
if you have found a solution in the meantime we would very much appreciate if you can post the whole instruction about handling with Digium’s B410P => installation issues, commisioning issues, … on Swisscom’s ISDN. Many thanks.
