Problem with expansion module spa500s

Hi

We have an issue where by we can use the spa500s expansion module to speeddial and blf but when we put a speeddial to a feature code it does not work.

Also we cant use the buttons on module to transfer to a user

Do you have the feature code in the dial plan of the phone?

Features work on the phones soft keys just not on expansion module

Also when you press xfer it says enter number but if you press a speeddial it does nothing unless you key extension manually
