I have the following scenario:
-1 queue with 4 agents using SPA 500 Cisco phones
-they use the ignore buton some time not being able to answer, but the call returns to them if the other angents are busy to .
-the call does not jump to failover destination only after the max ring time has expired
I want to be able to send the call to failover destination even when an agents hits the ignore button on the phone and the other agents are busy.
Using the "no retry: option is not ok because the call will concern only the first attempted agent and after the timeout/agent expires the call will go to failover destination.
Can you give a hint about this posibility???
