Problem when user calls and it hangsup

I have installed FreePBX and AsteriskNow in CentOS.

All functions are working ok for internal calls and calls made from inside.

The problem I have is that when a user calls in and tries to leave a message or talks to some one, after hanging the call keeps alive and it can stay there for hours and hours.

I have to reload all the server everytime this happens.

What is that I am missing so that my TDM400P detects hangups and busy tones.

With the risk of being sarcastic, you are missing your disconnect options.

In the DAHDI documentation it discusses how to setup call disconnect options. Most are geographic and modify to match different countries formats.

There are options for reverse battery or busy detect disconnect.
