when 10 users call it at the same time it rings normally on the 10 posters but as soon as 5 extensions have taken the call and other customers try to reach the call center they are no longer able to reach the call center
This doesn’t sound like a problem with your phone system but whomever is providing you the trunk for the inbound calls. Sounds like maybe they are limiting your capacity to 5 simultaneous calls maybe?
You’ll have to provide some logs of failed inbound calls for anyone to be able to really help answer any of your questions.

It is not clear to me what you are describing here.
However on the general problem, you may well have saturated the mobile base station that covers your location. I’m not sure how the the various mobile protocols handle the allocation of speech channels, but they are limited resources, and there would be an advantage in not assigning one until the call is actually answered. (It looks like GSM doesn’t return ring back until a channel is allocated, although I suppose it is possible that the gateway sends INVITE when paged, rather than when the channel is allocated).
By the way, I have two gateways, one that takes 2 Sims and the other 8 Sims, both are connected to my FreePBX server… and in my server I created a queue so I mentioned 10 extensions to answer 10 incoming calls, but when I launch 10 incoming calls once 5 extensions have taken the call the other 5 no longer arrive at the level of my freePBX server., when I launch the first 5 I have the music on hold from my server but once it’s 5 people are online and I still want to call back with a 6 or seventh phone it doesn’t send me back to my server anymore
