i need save a monitor record file with this sequence name {answer-queue} - {queue} - {caller tell} anyone can help me who i catch the answer-queue? thx.
PS. I use monitor not mixmonitor.
What is your definition of answer queue?
it’s agent that takes a call from queue
The problem is … the function monitor start recording a file (create a file) before an agent takes a call, I need a process when record ends rewrite a file name with the extensions of that agent.
I try to use MONITOR_EXEC, MONITOR_EXEC_ARGS … but both do not work and i dont know why T.T
