Problem activating system

I am using the could version of freepbx. I try the activation which asks for an email address. I enter my email address and it prompts for password. Not sure which password to enter so I try both but receive message account error. How can I resolve this issue?

When activating, you are prompted for your portal credentials, the ones you use to sign into portal.sangoma.com
