I have an inbound route for my POTS line via a SPA3K. This line does not have callerid, it is just used for 911, so I have enabled privacy manager for the inbound route to require any callers to enter a phone number (read: additional telemarketer screening). the problem I have noticed is it seems that the blacklist module operates prior to the caller entering their number. With this order, the blacklist module never gets to check the input number. Is there a way to switch the order of operation, when privacy manager is enabled?
