I have been using Asterisk for numerous years, and I am trying to switch to FreePBX. In Asterisk, I have the privacy manager setup. When someone calls and their CID is not in the file database, Asterisk asks for their name. Then when I pick up, it says “You have a call from xxxx press 1 to accept, 2 to send to voicemail, 3 to send to torture menu, or 4 to blacklist” -
In FreePBX, the privacy manager only ask for a number if the CID is anonymous.
How can I achieve the same as Asterisk ?
NOTE: For option 3 and 4, I made my own script menu.
