Priority in client voip app vs hardphone

hi everybody,
I’m newbie in freepbx, in general voip issues, in this forum.

I have FreePBX 12.0.76.6 ‘VoIP Server’ with several hardphones cisco and linksys.
all works fine.
for smart working I setupped yersterday PortSIP UC and MizuDroid on my smartphone over OpenVPN, same extension of my hardphone voip.
all seems good until I close softphone and vpn.
I expected incoming calls on my hardphone on desktop hangup or they switch to busy. I think softphone apps “take priority”, LOCK line unexpectly.

I had to reboot hardphone every time.
some trick to work around this issues?

ADD: imho, after several tries, I think it’s normal behaviour, last registered is first out, isn’t?
some guru voip can confirm my flair?
