PRI Line down

I have a PRI line down. This has happend a couple times in the past week. Goes down for 12 hours or so. Then all of the sudden it comes back up. Att says they have not done anything (Of Course) And I did not do anything to get it back up. I get this error on PRI debug

PRI Span: 1 TEI=0 Sending UA
PRI Span: 1 TEI=0 MDL-ERROR (F): SABME in state 7(Multi-frame established)
PRI Span: 1 TEI=0 Got SABME from network peer.

I really need some help as ATT is slower than a herd of turtles and we are an emergency service.
