PRI inbound and outbound calls

Can anyone help with an issue i am having, i installed a Digium TE122P card and configured as PRI however only able to receive one inbound or one outbound call at any one time. Get message “all circuits are busy now” Inbound call get busy tones if one channel on PRI is in use.

Please check the number of channels you have specified on the PRI trunk (the default is 1)

Click on the Trunks menu under “Basic”, select the PRI trunk you have set up and check the field “Maximum Channels”. This needs to be the same number as your telecoms provider give you. In the UK, this is a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 30 per ISDN PRI socket.

If that is not the problem, then it will be the digium drivers. Unfortunately, I use Sangoma cards so can’t help on that side.

All, issue was resolved. Carrier did not provision service properly. Thanks for all your help.
